Set in New Orleans' St. Roch neighborhood, Eve's Garden weaves together oral histories, archival footage, and the creation of a living garden honoring my great-grandmother Eve. Through this film, I explore the connections between land, memory, and freedom — and how tending the past can cultivate new futures.
